When you get the weps are they customized? What req are they? Or is it just a skin choice from the "j" menu?

Does the armor go on the char you talk to reward with? Can both pve and pvp chars get armor? Or is it a skin choice also from "J" menu?

All it does is reskin whatever weapon you are currently wielding. It is not unlocked, so you can't recreate a weapon with that skin. In that sense, it retains whatever stats are already on it, including req. As far as I know, only PvP characters can use reward points. Otherwise PvE characters would use them for exclusive skins.

so if im holding a req 7 sword and talk to guy and cry sword then i will have a req 7 Crystalliane sword??? is it customized or not?

I wish that would work. Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure it only works on pvp weapons.

so i get a reskin of my pvp chars armor and weps. if i delete him to remake a pvp char then i love these weps and armor?

and can pve chars get this?

Only available for pvp characters. Once you delete it, it's gone and you need to do it all over again.
